| Our Under 12s and Under 16s are doing very well as their wins on the weekend has propelled them to equal first on their respective ladders. The Under 12s had a great 3-0 victory against Whitehorse. The movie night during the week certainly bonded the team as our boys had Manningham running on their heels. A fantastic effort from all. You can see the team really working together. The defence along with Zacy were on their toes and ensured no goals came through from Manningham to allow us to clearly win this game and congratulations to our goal scorers it was a great effort with a 3-0 win. This wonderful effort has moved them up the ladder, the only difference being goal difference otherwise 1st place is not too far away. The Under 16s hada brilliant 4-2 win against Boroondara Eagles toplacethe team equal first as well. It has been many years since we have had two teams in 1st place on the ladder. The Under 14s struggled against a very strong Eastern Lions and lost 1-17 while our Under 11s lost 0-9 to another strong team in Richmond though stil remain in 7th spot. |
